Limited Product Warranty
Terms and Conditions
Each product produced by Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. is warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment from its plant in Fairmont, Minnesota. Only the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the product may claim a warranty. All obligations and liabilities under this warranty are limited to repairing or replacing the product at our discretion. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to contact Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. in the event of a suspected product failure.
Warranty Coverage and Limitations
This warranty will cover labor and material needed for the product, if preapproved by Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. If field service, at the request of the Purchaser, is rendered and the fault is found not to be with the Zierke Built Manufacturing Inc. product, the Purchaser shall pay the time and expense of any and/or all services, repairs, labor and travel. This warranty does not include mileage, travel expenses or rental equipment. Bills for service or labor or other expenses that have been incurred by the Purchaser, their customer or their agent, will not be accepted.
This warranty does not cover product failure resulting from improper installation, uninstallation or use. Zierke Built Manufacturing Inc. accepts no liability for consequential damage occurred during uninstallation, shipping or reinstallation of the product. Any damages to the product during transportation must be filed with the transportation company by the Purchaser. Carrier charges must be prepaid by Purchaser. Warranty on accessories furnished by other manufacturers shall be limited by those manufacturer’s warranties.
The warranty coverage for products located outside the continental United States and Canada is limited in all cases to repair or replacement of component that is to be determined at the discretion of Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. Labor, or any other expenses associated with the reinstallation of components, is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
Any modifications made to this product will void the warranty unless completed by Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc or designated by written authorization by Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. Changes and repairs made in the field without written authorization from Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. will void the warranty.
The limited product warranty provided by Zierke Built Manufacturing, Inc. is the only warranty covered. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness. This warranty shall not apply unless the Purchaser first provide reasonable opportunity to investigate all claims for alleged defective goods.
